Smooth self-guided visit

The smartphone audio was clear and easy to follow. We moved at our own pace through the Batliner rooms and the staterooms. No queues at entry. Bring your own headphones. Great for a relaxed afternoon

Perfect for first timers

The highlights are organized well, so we never felt lost. Audio in English was concise and helpful. The palace rooms were a surprise. Family friendly, though our teen wanted more modern art. Good value

Flexible and informative

I liked starting with the staterooms and then the Monet to Picasso section. Wi‑Fi worked fine for the audio. Accessibility was solid with elevators. Would love more tracks on temporary shows

Great couple’s activity

No need to wait for a tour group. The guide adds context without being long. Easy entry with phone ticket. Headphones would improve the experience, so pack yours. We spent just under two hours

Solo art day win

Clear directions, quick scan at the door, and straight into masterpieces. The audio hits the key works and history of the palace. I lingered where I wanted. Simple, efficient, enjoyable
